Progress regarding the placement of Sri Lankan doctors in Brunei

A Sri Lankan delegation is scheduled to visit Brunei  in  order to finalize the placement programme mid November 2010. The scheduled visit to Brunei in July 2010 was postponed by the Brunei Authorities  due to Ramadan festivals and several other events.

The Foreign Placement Coordinating Centre has received a good response from the doctors in applying for the job vacancies in Brunei .The interviewing or short listing has not commenced so far. The short listing will soon commence once the delegation visits Brunei which will be according to their criteria provided by them. The interviewing would be held by the Director General Health Services Brunei.

All doctors who have applied for the above job vacancies will be informed via email as soon as the Brunei authorities update FPCC on the process of short listing and interviewing. The updates will be regularly updated in this website.
